1.  Mark workpiece for bend.

2.  Insert  workpiece  between  upper  and  lower 

dies, with mark aligned to front edge of upper 
die (see 

Figure 9).

3.  Pump brake handle up and down until desired 

angle has been achieved.

Crushing hazard! Always 

keep hands clear when 

using this machine.

4.  Release  hydraulic  pressure  by  loosening 

release valve. Wait for lower die to fully lower 
before tightening release valve and removing 
workpiece (see 

Figure 10).

Mounting to Workbench

To mount to workbench:

1.  Place machine on workbench in desired loca-

tion, then make drilling marks through holes 
in the mounting brackets (see 

Figure 5).

2.  Set machine aside and drill holes for mounting.

3.  Attach each base corner to workbench using 

an M10-1.5 x 30 hex bolt, 10mm flat washer, 
and M10-1.5 hex nut (see 

Figure 6).
