Your G9911 will give you years of trouble

free service if you keep it clean and free of

built-up dust or grime. Ensure that no air

passages get blocked. If they do, blow

them out with compressed air. WARNING:

Wear safety glasses when cleaning tool

with compressed air.

Plastic parts can easily be cleaned with a

damp cloth, but never use water to clean

any electrical parts. Solvents should also

be avoided on plastic because of the pos-

sibility of damage.

Regular periodic maintenance on your

G9911 will ensure its optimum perfor-

mance. Make a habit of inspecting your

sander each time you use it. Check for the

following conditions and repair or replace

when necessary:

1.

Loose fasteners.

2.

Worn switch.

3.

Worn or damaged cords and plugs.

4.

Any other condition that could ham-

per the safe operation of this

machine.

Since this tool is encased in a double insu-

lated plastic cover, leave repair and ser-

vice issues to a qualified service techni-

cian. This includes brush replacement,

lubrication or any other internal operation.

Be aware of the surrounding conditions.

Do not use the grinder in the rain, snow or

near flammable gas and vapors.
