Water Balancing For Your Calypso - Rx

a
comprehen
sive
chemical
kit to allow
you to
maintain
your spa
water.
When
balancing
your spa
water it is
very
important
that you
balance the
Alkalinity
first, then
check your
PH and
finally add
your
Chlorine.
Raising the
Alkalinity
level will
also raise
the PH leve
To test
your water
balance dip
a test strip
into the
water and
add the
chemicals
according
to the
readings on
the test
strip.
Note: Make
sure your
PH level is
between
7.2 – 7.4
and no
higher as a
high PH
level will
make your
Chlorine
ineffec=ve
which will
lead to
green
water. If is
your PH
level is high
add some
PH minus
to reduce
it. This can
take 4-­‐5
hours to
reduce so
wait 5
hours and
retest the
water
before
adding
more PH
