Steam dispensing
(preparation of cappuccino)
After turning on and pre-heating the machine, pro-
ceed as follows:
• Position the steam tube with the nozzle turned
toward the grid.
• Pour approx.
3,52 ounces
of cold milk in a cup.
• Press the steam switch and the red light

will go
on.
• Wait for the temperature light

to go off.

• Turn the hot water/steam knob. After any residual
water flows out, the steam will start.
• Immerse the tube into the cup, taking care not to
clog the hole on the pannarello
(advanced frothing
wand). Move the cup in
a circular motion to heat
it up evenly.
For a correct use of the
advanced frothing wend
,
immerse it only 0,786 inch
• To shut off the steam, turn the hot water/steam
knob and press the steam button again.
Warning: Burning hazard!
The steam tube can get very hot so do not touch
it with bare hands.
Note
To prepare the coffee after dispensing, you must
load
the circuit
(see "loading the circuit" above).
