the manufacturer’s liabilities relating to the sale of the grillbot will in no case exceed
the equivalent to the cost of a new grillbot.
the manufacturer is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a
malfunctioning grillbot, even when the loss or damage could be the result of a
malfunctioning grillbot - or an omission by the manufacturer. this warranty shall
not have an effect on consumer rights in respect of the sale of goods act, or in
respect of the Purchase agreement between the consumer and the retailer.
the sale of goods act does not apply to:
• ordinary wear and tear issues
• Problems caused by external factors such as accidental damage
• defaults and damages which do not origin from
production errors or faulty material
• damages you have caused, including poor cleaning
and/or maintenance of the product
• Fire- water and moisture damages to the product including,
if the product has been stored in the open
• damages caused during transportation, particularly
if the product was incorrectly packaged
• transport damages must be settled directly with the retailer from
which the product was purchased, and any transport damages must
be claimed within reasonable time after you received the grillbot.
• use of unoriginal spare parts
• if the user manual has not been complied with
Business PurChases (B2B)
the grillbot is only intended for use in private households, and the sale of goods
act does not apply to business purchases. For B2B purchases no warranty applies.
