PROBLEM

Motor buzzes but fails 
to run.

No Water

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Supply voltage below minimum.

System has residual pressure.

Voltage loss due to 
extension cord.

Pressure washer not used for 
long periods.

Residual friction among com-
ponents. Unit might hum.

Quick connect assembly is 
attached in reverse.

Water supply is OFF.

Kink in the garden hose.

SOLUTION

Verify that only the pressure 
washer is running on this circuit.

Turn unit “OFF”, squeeze trigger 
on spray wand to release pressure, 
then turn unit “ON”

Unplug any extension cords attached
and plug the unit directly 
into the outlet.

Call the Toll-Free Hotline.

Disconnect water supply and 
power ON for 2 to 3 seconds, 
repeat couple times or until the 
motor starts.

Verify that Inlet adapter (G2) is 
attached to machine’s water inlet 
and that the quick connect coupler 
(G1) is attached to garden hose.

Turn ON water supply.

Remove kink in garden hose.
