TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

Motor fails to start

when switch is 

depressed.

Battery is not secure.

Battery is not 

charged.

Check to ensure the battery is fully 

connected to the blower. Press down on 

the battery until the latches click together.

Charge the battery pack according to the 

instructions included with your model.

Unit will not start.

Defective power 

switch.

Return the unit to a repair center or call 

customer service at 1-855-345-3934.

Unit will not blow.

Blocked tube.

Clear the blockage.

Cruise Control Lever
