If the pressure difference is in the red area, the filter element must be
changed.
4. Dust cap with built-in mini air filter (recommendation: to be replaced along
with the filter element).
Replacing the filter element:
Before replacement, it is important to clean properly and collect any waste material.
1. Clean the area around the filters
2. Prepare a waste tray for the contaminated filter
3. Detach the filters by screwing the lid off the return filter - or by unscrewing
the filter housing from the pressure filter
4. Clean the area, replace, and lubricate all affected O-rings with hydraulic oil
5. Mount the new filter element and screw on the filter housing or lid. (Do not
over-tighten, the O-rings ensure tightness)
6. Start the machine, let the oil warm up and check for leaks
7. Old filters and oil are disposed of as chemical waste - in compliance with
regulations.
