Correct Disposal of this product  

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other house-

hold wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or 

human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote 

the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use 

the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was 

purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

The unit does not work 

after being connected 

to power (no display on

the control panel).

The jar is not securely placed 

on the motor base or the lid is

not in place.

Remove the jar or lid and place 

them properly.

The LCD display 

indicates E2 or E3.

E2 means motor overheating 

protection is activated.

E3 means motor overloading 

protection is activated.

When the LCD display indicates E2,

cool off the machine for 45 minutes 

and reduce ingredients. 

When the LCD display indicates E3,

remove big chunks of ingredients 

that clog the blades.

Bluetooth cannot be 

connected.

1. Switch off the machine and remove the 

jar. Check if there are any foreign objects 

on the mat. Place the jar back in position 

again.

2. Remove the measuring cup from the lid 

and a 6-cm-wide opening is revealed. Use 

the tamper to stir through the opening.

The machine suddenly 

stops during the 

operation.

The lid is blown out by 

the food.

Place the lid back in position and 

restart the machine.

Abnormal noise 

during the operation.

1. Either the jar or mat is not 

correctly assembled. 

2. Foreign objects are stuck 

on the drive socket.

The cell phone’s Bluetooth is 

not activated or it is out of 

effective distance.

1. Try to open cell phone’s Bluetooth 

again. 

2. Place the cell phone as near as 

within 3 meters from the machine. 

All lights are on while 

touch buttons do not 

work.

1. Caused by capacitance 

interference of touch panel.

2. Tap any two of buttons 

simultaneously.

1.Unplug the machine. Plug again 

and tap "On/Off" button to restart.

2.Release one button (only 

touching one button at a time).
