FAQ
1. If the LED’s Pad doesn't work, make sure it's
plugged in properly into the USB port of your
computer. Or try other USB ports.
2. The use of this Pad is recommended for the
correct functioning of the devices, dirty, damaged
or irregular surfaces can affect the performance of
the mice. Please keep the PAD surface clean, to
prevent the mouse from moving slowly, skipping or
lagging.
3. If the surface of the Pad has a stain, clean it with a
damp cloth and wait for it to dry before using it
again, or it may damage the devices.
