Connect power supply (from the transformer) and signal wire to pedestal (keep turned off until initialing the system) 

 
The pedestal is wired for a variety of marine installations and therefore features a variety of connectors which are not relevant to this 
installation. There are two plugs – cut the plug with the 4 wires (black/red/green and orange), disregard the orange wire (thread back through 
the plastic strap as shown) and connect the 3 terminal electrical joiner as shown. 
 
Connect 24V power supply (from the transformer) to the red/black wires at the Pedestal, and signal wire to the green wire.
