6. The cuff will be initially inflated to a pressure of
190 mmHg. You will feel it tightening.
If your systolic blood pressure is over 190 mmHg, the
blood pressure monitor will automatically re-inflate
the cuff to measure the blood pressure.
7. As soon as the pulse rate is detected, the pulse rate
indicator

will start to flash. Keep relaxed during
this time, avoid speaking and moving any body
parts.
8. Once the measurement is complete, the air will be
released from the cuff.
