Unfolding

Refer to Figure 33

Crushing Hazard:

If the planter is not unfolded all the way, a crushing hazard is
present. Bystanders could be crushed between the folding

planter wings and the planter center frame, or caught in the

folding mechanism. To avoid serious injury or death, unfold
the planter all the way. Never work on or adjust the planter in

the gullwinged position.

1.  Completely raise the planter. See

2. Activate the circuit to unfold the planter.
3. Install outer wing lock pins .
4. Remove the cylinder lock channels on the lift assist

cylinders and install the desired depth stop spacers.

5. Lower the planter to allow the wings to lower to their

working position.

The electrical circuit must be connected to allow the

wings to lower completely after the planter is

unfolded.

Ensure that the towing vehicle is adequate for the task. Using an inadequate tow vehicle is extremely unsafe, and can result in loss
