If the tire scraper (12) is not installed to the tire

scraper mount (24), install the tire scraper (12) to the

shank mount (15) with two

(18), and nuts (17).
Install the tire scraper mount (24) into the mount

plate using two

locks (22), and nuts (21). 

Adjust the tire scraper as needed. 
Repeat the procedure for the other gauge wheel.

2b. Installing to New Medium Gauge Wheel Arm

If the tire scraper (12) is not installed to the tire

scraper mount (24), install the tire scraper (12) to the

shank mount (15) with two
