PARKING MODE FEATURE
The Parking Mode feature is a smart feature that will automatically determine if your vehicle is
parked or not. When the camera senses no motion, the camera will go into Parking Mode. The
camera will record @ 1 fps to save on memory. When the camera senses motion, the camera will
resume normal recording. Enable the parking mode feature in the camera’s settings. See

To setup parking mode, you will either need to hardwire your camera to your vehicle or use an
external battery pack.
HARDWIRING
Hardwiring your camera to your fusebox will require some knowledge of how your fusebox
works.
USING AN EXTERNAL BATTERY PACK
Using an external battery pack is the easiest and preffered method. Because the camera is not
powered through your vehicle, you will not have to worry about your camera draining your car’s
battery.

NOTE
To avoid battery drain, purchase a hardwire kit with a timer or avoid running the
camera for more than 2 days straight.

When using an external battery, do not expose your battery pack in direct sun-
light.
