Connections
All necessary rack connections to the unit are made to the left-hand side and right-hand
side of the unit. (See Figure 2-4.)
1 Connect an Ethernet network cable to “LAN” with a DHCP service enabled. (See
Figure 2-4b.)
2 Connect the DC power lead from the power supply unit to “DC 12 V”. (See Figure 2-4c.)

3 Connect the power supply unit to an AC mains supply.
4 Apply AC power.
Note: See Connectors, Controls, Interfaces , on page 55 in Appendix C, for
connector details.
Note: The ATP-2000 unit needs to be connected to the same
‘control/management’ network as the GV Orbit server(s).
c) Connect DC Power Lead from Power Supply Unit to “DC 12V”

b) Connect Ethernet Cable to “LAN”
CAUTION Do not make any other connections to the unit.
