The number of rotations is converted from the number of pulses measured at the sampling interval to
the number of rotations per minute.
When the sampling interval is 1 second, this is because the number of pulses counted within 1 second is

It is possible.
The lower and upper limits of the scaling settings can be set to the opposite values such as lower limit > upper
limit.

Hasn't the EU (scaling) been On?
If EU (scaling) is On, the range of the channel cannot be changed. Set EU (scaling) to Off and try change
