INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
Additional handle is designed for right and left handed persons.
Place the additional handle (

) on the polisher body and fix with supplied screws (
fig. A
and B
).
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF BUFFING-POLISHING WHEEL
Ɣ
Press the spindle lock button (
1
) and rotate the spindle until it blocks.
Ɣ
Attach buffing-polishing wheel (

) to the spindle and tighten the threaded collar (
fig. C
).

Release the spindle lock button (
1
).
Ɣ
You can remove the buffing-polishing wheel by following the installation procedure in reverse
sequence.
The spindle lock button (1) is only used to install and remove the buffing-polishing wheel. It cannot
be used as a brake-button when the wheel is rotating. Otherwise the polisher may be damaged or
the user may be injured.
INSTALLATION OF BUFFING PAD
Disconnect the polisher from power supply network.

Stretch the buffing pad slightly and attach to the buffing-polishing wheel (

).

Secure by pulling the line (put ends of line inside the buffing pad so they don’t get loose during
operation) (

).
Buffing pad must closely adhere to the polishing-buffing wheel.
INSTALLATION OF ABRASIVE PAPER OR BUFFING SPONGE
The polisher is equipped with polishing buffing pad with hook-and-loop fastener and only sanding paper
or buffing sponge of appropriate size should be used.
Place abrasive paper or buffing sponge on the polishing-buffing wheel and press against it (
fig. F and G
).
OPERATION / SETTINGS
SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF
The mains voltage must match the voltage on the rating plate of the polisher.
Hold the polisher with both hands when starting and during operation.
The polisher is equipped with the switch, which protects against accidental starting.
