CPU Installation
Locate the CPU socket on the motherboard. On the upper end of the CPU
socket is a socket actuator in the form of a slotted screw head.
To install the CPU, follow the steps shown below:
1. Loosen the socket actuator
with a parallel screwdriver.
2. Locate Pin 1 in the socket and look for a golden cut edge on the
CPU upper corner. Then insert the CPU into the socket. To avoid
damaging the CPU pins, do not force the CPU into the socket.
3. Fasten the CPU socket with
a parallel screwdriver.
