Open your Internet browser and type in your IP address (e.g. 192.168.0.160); if successful you will
see the screen below.

In the Password box type admin.

With the Handytone 386, there is the ability to have 2 telephones, therefore 2 broadband phone
numbers:

. They will need to be configured to work.
Scroll down to SIP Server, enter the following details:
SIP Server:
sip.pipecall.com
Outbound Proxy:
nat.sip.pipecall.com
Sip User ID:
Your broadband phone number
i.e. 0845111000
Authenticate ID:
Your broadband phone number
i.e. 0845111000
Authenticate
Password:
Your broadband phone password
(Case Sensitive)
Name:
Chosen name i.e. Joe Bloggs
Please Note: If you are not behind the NAT, change the Outbound Proxy to reg.sip.pipecall.com
There is a useful tool available for download that will determine the type of NAT a customer has on their
network:
Download WinStun
On running the application, leave the default Stun Server, and click on Run Test. If you get the response -
No NAT detected - VoIP shou d work use reg.sip.pipecall.com. Otherwise use the settings in the table
above.

Scroll down to DNS SRV, ensure it is set to Yes
•
Scroll down to Nat traversal, 3 quarters of the way down the screen and ensure it is set to No and
the STUN server area is blank.
