6.3 Booster WITHOUT base: 30 to 100 lbs. (13.6 to 45 kg)
WITHOUT BUILT-IN HARNESS SYSTEM:
Harness MUST be stored during Booster mode,
see “19.1 Storing Harness, p. 50”.
• Height: 38 to 57 inches (96 and 145 cm)
• Approximately 3-10 years of age
• The shoulder belt
MUST lie across child’s shoulder as
shown and the lap portion of the belt is positioned low
on the child’s hips.
• Child’s ears are
BELOW top of head support. If tops of ears
are above top of head support, child is too large for booster
seat.
• If child is between 30 and 65 lbs (13.6 and 29.5 kg) and
shoulders are below the upper harness slots, we highly
recommend using in
forward-facing mode with built-in
harness for as long as possible (up to 65 lbs).
