CSP Valve Port Combinations
The output of a CSP valve outlet can be increased by
installing Graco specific Doubling Plugs (9) in an
adjacent outlet. When one or more outlets are plugged,
the output is a multiple of the standard output.
Some kit configurations have Doubling Plugs (9)
installed. The CSP outlet port is a straight M10x1
thread. Always use Graco fittings.
CSP Indicator Pin
The CSP valve is equipped with a Cycle Indicator Pin
(F
. 3). The indicator pin is connected to the internal
pistons and moves back and forth during one of the
movements and as TSL lubricant is distributed.
The indicator pin can be a useful tool for
troubleshooting. If there is a blockage downstream of
the CSP valve in any of the outlet lines, the valve and
the indicator will stop cycling.

NOTICE
Assemble CSP Valves with Outlet Fittings (6) and Doubling Plugs (9) per Table 1:
Do not close, plug, or install any type of plug into ports numbered 1 and 2, including Graco Doubling Plug (9).
If ports 1 or 2 are plugged, the CSP valve will not allow lubricant to flow at all. If the fitting location shown in Table
1 is not followed, CSP outlet lubricant points may be under- or over-lubricated, potentially causing premature fail-
ure of the PD seals.
