Reassembly
1.
Install new belt and guide plate with three screws.
2.
Install idler assembly with two screws and washer
as shown. Do not fully tighten screws.
3.
Place torque wrench in square hole and torque to
60 in-lb to properly tension belt. Tighten top and bot-
tom idler screws.
4.
Torque top and bottom idler screws to 120 in-lb.
5.
Install belt cover with three screws.
6.
Install compressor shroud with two screws. Install
IEC cord clamp with two screws.
7.
Install compressor outlet fitting.
8.
Tip compressor assembly up and back into frame.
Install four screws.
9.
Install IEC connector and tighten cord clamp. Install
air hose to outlet fitting. Make sure cord is pushed in
as far as it can go to ensure a good connection and
the screw is tightened securely.
