8. Clamp the pump base in a vise as shown in F
Use a soft-jaw vise or place a rag in the vise jaws to
protect the surface of the pump base.

Reservoir Gaskets (10)
Cover (18) is spring loaded. Use your hand to apply
pressure on the cover. At the same time, use a
wrench to loosen and remove nut (17) from reser

voir cover (18) (F
10. Remove cover (18) and spring (15) from reservoir
(11).
11. Remove reservoir (11) from the air motor cylinder
(3) (F
. 14). If replacing reservoir gaskets (10),
remove gaskets from reservoir. Dispose of gaskets
according to all regulations for proper disposal.
