► Slide the foot pedals onto the boats foot
brace.
► Slot the foot brace to a convenient reten-
tion position in the boat.
► Clip the steering line carbines forward to
the foot pedals, and at the stern end to
motor-shaft steering spreaders.
► Feed the steering line through the eye at
the stern deck
► Affix the uphaul line to the upper hole of
the tilt arm.
► Feed the uphaul line through the stern
strake and fasten it forward by the back-
rest bracket or the deck eye.
► Place the power pack into the boat.
► Clip the remote throttle control unit into
place at a preferred position between
floor and side tube.
► Connect the cable to motor, remote
throttle control unit, and battery.

► Remove the securing pin from the pintle.
► Place the motor with the connection bra-
cket to the stern-strake.
► Insert the pintle from the top and make
sure to place the securing ring back to
the pintle
