The Network Selection feature enables you to select automatically or manually the network used
when roaming outside your home area.

Automatic: You will be connected to the first available network when roaming
z
Manual: The phone scans for the available network, and you can select the network manuall

4.4.2 Preferred Networks
You can set your preferred networks. The phone will list up PLMN list. The following options are
available:

Add From List
Select from PLMN list and press [Ok] key and select priority. The priority is for among your
preferred networks.

Create
New:
MCC/MNC: input 5 digit numbers.
Priority: select from Set the priority by pressing navigation keys to the right or left.

Change
Priority
Set the priority by pressing navigation keys to the right or left.

Delete
Delete the selected preferred network from the list.
4.4.3 GPRS Connection
Press [Change] soft key (left) to change the setting for the GPRS connection. It will switch and
save the GPRS connection to set on:
Always
When
Needed.
4.4.4 Data Account
This menu allows you to change the settings for the GSM and GPRS network services. For further
details, contact your service provider.

Data
This setting allows you to change the settings for the GSM Data network as following.
Account Name: Edit the account name.
Number: Enter the server phone number.
User Name: Enter the user name required to connect to GSM Data network.
Password: Enter the password required to connect to GSM Data network.
Line Type: Choose a network connection type between Analogue and ISDN.
