Loading / removing the cutting inserts in the holder for the cutting insert
1. Turn the locking mechanism on the back of the holder for
the cutting insert until the opening for the cutting inserts is
exposed.
2. Select a suitable cutting insert pair (also see chapter “Product
contents and device overview”, section “Cutting inserts”).
3. Slide the desired cutting inserts into the opening. In the process,
make sure that the respective cutting insert is correctly inserted
on the front side and is not left to hang.
4. Turn the locking mechanism on the back of the holder for the
cutting insert until the opening for the cutting inserts is blocked
and thus
fi
xed in place.
5. Open the locking mechanism on the back of the holder for the cutting insert to remove the
cutting inserts and pull out the cutting inserts.
Loading / removing the holder for the cutting insert
1. Place the holder for the cutting insert in the motor unit. Make
sure that the holder for the cutting insert is properly positioned
on the drive shaft.
2. Place the fastener for locking the holder for the cutting insert
on the
fi
ll chute. Turn the fastener towards the
LOCK
arrow
to tighten it.
