11. Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
By means of continuous quality checks and produc-
tion controls, state-of-the-art electronics and high
quality materials we guarantee that the tester will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of
3 years
.
This warranty does not cover batteries, damages
resulting from improper handling, use for any other
than the intended purpose, opening the housing,
improper storage or accidents.
No other warranties such as fitness for a particular
purpose will be given.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or con-
sequential damage or loss for any cause whatsoever.
