Output on static relay:

Positive Impulse
Sine Wave 1000Hz (+/- 3%) output
Output level: 2 Volts peak to peak Impedance: 50 ohms

The information concerning: the statement of timer, temperature, lightning etc…. are integrated in 12
extra octets.
The first part of information enables to synchronize a computer (in this case, do not consider the
second part).
The complete information sequence is used to control another clock.
