Disassembling the doors
Some models may be slightly different from pictures. If some parts show in the
picture cannot found in your appliance, please ignore the relevant description.
Since the steps to disassemble the fridge
door are similar to the freezer door, the instructions below are only for
disassembling the freezer door except step 2. You could refer to the steps below
to disassemble the fridge door.
1. With the door closed, remove the screws with Philips (+) screwdriver, and then
remove the upper hinge cover carefully, because terminals under hinge cover
are still connected.
2. Disconnect terminal, open the door totally and take down upper hinge cover.
Then close the door.
• You also have to remove the temperature sensor from upper hinge cover when
you disassemble fridge door.
• Press the plastic hooks of the terminal holding one side of the terminal with
one hand, at the same time pull out the other side out. Pulling out the terminal
straightway will damage it.
