This appliance is marked according to the European
directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This guideline is the
frame of a European-wide validity of return and
recycling on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment.
CHARGING THE APPLIANCE
•
Charge the appliance for at least 16 hours
before you use it for the first time. For all next
chargings the appliance must be charged from
8-10 hours.
Warning
: When the battery in your appliance is
fully charged, the red light on the vacuum
cleaner will switch off.
Advice
: If you are not going to use the
appliance for a longer period of time, remove
the adapter from the wall socket to save the
energy.
•
To charge your vacuum cleaner, you must place
the vacuum cleaner on the charger and put the
adapter in the wall socket.
•
If you decide to attach the charger on the wall,
be careful when you drill holes in the wall,
especially close to wall sockets.
Note
: The screws are not added to the
package.
•
The charging light stays on as long as the
appliance is in the plugged-in charger.
Note
: the charging light does not give any
information about the battery charge level of the
vacuum cleaner.
Warning
: Make sure you place the appliance on
the charger correctly. The charging light goes
on to indicate that the appliance is charging.
USING AND CLEANING THE
APPLIANCE
•
Push the on/off switch forwards to turn on the
appliance.
•
Push the on/off switch backwards to turn off the
appliance.
•
Attach the selected accessory to the nozzle of
the appliance.The crevice tool is suitable for
cleaning corners and narrow gaps. The brush
tool is suitable to clean delicate surfaces.
•
When the dust/liquid bowl is filled with water,
always carry the appliance in order that the front
part is on downwards (the handle is upwards).
Important
: Make sure that the sucked water or
other liquid will not exceed the allowed capactiy
(max) marked on the bowl.
•
After each usage, empty the dust/liquid bowl
and the dust filter, as the performance of the
vacuum cleaner is directly related to the
cleanliness of the filter.
•
Firstly you must remove the dust/liquid bowl
from the main body of the vacuum cleaner.
Push the button on the vacuum cleaner to open
the dust/liquid bowl.
