ON/OFF: Press the key to power on the scale and
start up weighing process.
TARE: For tare operation, press the key again to
clear the display and reset weight indication to
zero.
MODE: Weighing units exchange key. Press the
key to select kg and lb in turn while it is in
unlocked situation. The suitable indicator of unit is
shown in LCD right side by kg or lb sign.
If the display shows
“Lo” the batteries are too low
and must be replaced.
Periodically open the battery compartment and
check the batteries for corrosion.
To replace the batteries, open the battery
compartment and remove the old batteries.
Place new batteries, as indicated by the diagram
inside the compartment.
When disposing of batteries, follow the instructions
given in the section “Protecting the environment”.
USING TARA FUNCTION
We use TARA function for weighing flour,
sugar…
First you must weigh empty vessel then you
weigh the vessel which is fill (flour).
P
ress the »TARE« button when the object is on
the platform. The reading will became “0 g”. Then
you put another object on the weighing. For the
results we had known the weigh of the new
object.
NOTE: The scale will display a negative reading
when you remo
ve on item. Press »TARE« button
again, the negative reading will disappeared.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
!!!Before cleaning and maintenance, switch the
appliance off and unplug it.
Press fork holder button (4) to release the beaters
or hooks.
Press stand release button (6) to get of the hand
mixer as position A instructs.
Press button (9) as position C instructs; lift the
hand mixer base as position B instructs.
Then you can take out the bowl for cleaning.
Wash the beaters, dough hooks or blending
attachment in warm soapy water and dry well.
Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.Do not use
any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.

Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any
other liquid.
Environment
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal
household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in
at an official collection point for recycling. By doing
this, you help to preserve the environment.
