MANUAL DEFROSTING OF A NO FROST FREEZER
CONTROL UNIT 2
• A layer of frost could build up on the appliance walls despite the NoFrost
feature. This is usually a result of abnormal use of the appliance, such as too
frequent door opening, leaving the door open for too long, poor door seal etc.
In such case, the freezer can be defrosted manually, according to the following
procedure:
• Simultaneously press the
D
and
C
keys and hold them. At fi rst, the
outer segments of the two digits on
the
B3
display unit will light up in a
circular manner; then,
CL
will appear
on the display unit.
• When the defrosting process is
completed, the function will be
deactivated automatically.
The temperature set for the
refrigerator compartment will be
displayed on the
B3
display unit.
