3.8 Select a different Audio Sender when another is already playing
a) The easiest way to change audio sources is to disconnect the Audio Sender from the first device, then connect and play from
a second.
b) Activate “All Play” mode so the Soul Shaker will automatically play from any transmitting Audio Sender in the favorites list.
c) To manually control audio playback from the Soul Shaker:
(i) single click the Pair/Bond button to switch to the next transmitting favorite Audio Sender
or
(ii) double click on the Pair/Bond button to switch to the next transmitting non-favorite Audio Sender.
3.9 Reset / Clear all Pair/Bond settings
To clear all saved Audio Senders from the Favorites List, press the Bond button six times. The LED status indicator will flash red,
the Soul Shaker’s Favorites List will be cleared, and volume settings reset. You may now add new Audio Senders to the Favorites
List.
3.10 Firmware Update
The Soul Shaker’s USB port is used only for software updates. GoRave may from time to time provide consumers with a firmware
update for Soul Shaker. Instructions on how to perform the update will be provided by GoRave when necessary.
3.11 Compatibility with other GoRave audio products
Soul Shaker subwoofers are compatible with other GoRave Receivers and Audio Senders, and other SKAA-compatible audio
products. Check out the combinations on gorave.com.
4. Troubleshooting
Most issues in audio systems are a result of incorrect connections or improper control settings. If you encounter problems, isolate
the area of difficulty, check the control settings, determine the cause of the fault and make the necessary changes.
4.1 Power/Standby LED is not lit
No main power to Soul Shaker. Check AC power connections at the amplifier and the AC outlet.
4.2 No sound playing from Soul Shaker
Check the Pair/Bond LED indicator on the top panel. If the Pair/Bond LED is dim, it means that Soul Shaker is seeking a connec-
tion, with an Audio Sender. Check following conditions:
1) Is the source device (TV, computer, smartphone, tablet) turned on and connected to an Audio Sender?
2) Is audio playing on the source device?
3) Has the Soul Shaker been paired with the Audio Sender?
4) Is the volume on the source device or on the Soul Shaker muted or set too low?
