If you have not already done so, make sure that the input on your TV or Display has been switched to it’s
composite input channel (i.e. the channel that relates to the socket where you have connected the yellow
video cable from your Hero 3 camera)

You should now see a grey arrow on a white background, similar to the image on the front of the Go Pro
Camera
8.
Press the Red Select button on top of the Go Pro Hero 3
9.
You should now see a selection of images and videos from the video card on your camera
