93-ACC-BRUSHLESS 11/14/2016

One of the most important features of this cleaning system is the ability to remove the
cleaning head from the conveyor so that the cleaning head can be cleaned, an essential
operation with 93-ACC-BRUSHLESS systems, especially for food contact surfaces.

Please review these instructions prior to installation and operation of this conveyor
cleaner.

                           IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS CONVEYOR

CLEANER

NOTE: This machine is designed for cleaning conveyor belts. As such it will be
deployed in moving and electro-mechanical environments where there is a risk
of injury from the conveyor machinery and associated equipment. The use and
maintenance of this machine must be integrated into the site/plant/operators
safety regime.

Do not operate this machine unless full instruction and familiarization has been

given.

Operate the machine only wearing appropriate PPE.

Do not use the equipment near anyone not wearing appropriate PPE.

The head is designed to move away from the belt surface when the toggle clamps

are released. Avoid pinch points and keep hands clear.

Ensure the cleaning head does not fall out of the guide when removing a cleaning

head. We advise that a second person assists removal and it may be appropriate
to have a trolley available to load the head onto.

Warning:

Hot accessories can lead to injuries; do not touch with bare skin. Some

parts within the machine and along the steam supply can reach temperatures in
excess of 280°F/140°C. These parts will remain hot long after the steam supply
is turned-off. Use gloves that are suitable for handling hot items when the
machine has been operational.

Never immerse any part of the machine in water or other liquids.

Check the steam hose  and  all accessories for damage before use and  replace

or have  them repaired immediately.

In the event of leakage of steam or liquid, turn off the Goodway steam cleaning

unit and contact the manufacturer or service center.

The equipment must not be used by children or untrained personnel.

Keep operation area clear of all persons. Do not use unit with children or visitors in

the immediate area.

Use only Goodway specified replacement parts and attachments.
