Items of caution
Device which applies electrical stimulation such as micro electric current to the
body through sterilized or non-sterilized needles
Precautions
when using
1. Do not exceed the time needed for stimulation.
2. Make sure that the patient as well as the device have no problem before use.
3. If there is a problem with the device or the patient,
take necessary measures including stopping operation of the device while keeping the
safety of the patient.
4. When using this device for the first time,
the stimulation time should be shortened and the stimulation intensity lowered.
Adjust operating options of the device in accordance with the patient.
(The same is true for children and the elderly.)
5. When a blackout occurs, turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord.
6. Take off anything metallic (such as necklaces and metallic accessories).
7. Please designate a manager responsible for the device and do not have anyone other than
this person operate the device.
8. If this device breaks down, leave a mark on a proper place and leave it to a professional
engineer without carelessly handling it.
9. Do not use this device with other stimulators simultaneously.
10. Be careful when operating this device as its current density exceeds 2 mAms/
