Troubleshooting
1. Bluetooth failed to connection.
•
Make sure the scale and Bluetooth and GPS (Android only) on your phone
are on;
•
Check the system version of your smartphone, it must be iOS 8.0 or higher /
Android 5.0 higher;
•
If fail to connect via Bluetooth, click on "Account" in the Fitdays App ->
"Device" -> "+" -> "Looking for bluetooth to pair". Note: switch on the scale
first.
2. No data on body fat after weighing.
•
Step on the scale with bare feet.
•
Make sure your feet and the scale are both dry.
•
Step off the scale if the measurement is not completed (remain on the scale
for about 10 seconds until the number on the display stops flashing).
Bluetooth is not turned on.
•
Bluetooth is paired with another scale.
3. Incorrect weight data has occurred.
•
Make sure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
•
Check each sensor base at the back to make sure nothing is stuck to the
bottom of it.
4. Incorrect fat to muscle ratio is displayed in the app.
•
Body parameter settings are incorrect. Make sure you have entered the
correct gender, height and age.
•
Make sure you have activated athlete mode.
5. How can I recalibrate the scale?
•
Step onto the scale to turn it on. Automatically lower the number on the
display to 0.0 kg to calibrate.
6. The scale does not turn on.
•
Check if the insulation layer has been removed.
•
Check if the battery is empty and replace with new batteries if necessary.
