1.  SOCKETS FOR EARPHONE

There are two sockets (1) for earphones. Earphones can be connected to
either one of these sockets.

2.  EARPHONE VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Rotate the knob (2) to change the volume of the earphones.

3. REMOTE 

socket

Connect a wire with two 3.5 mm plugs from this socket to the remote socket
on the player.  The remote for the player may now be pointed at the IR
sensor (7) and the signals will be passed to the player.

4.  DC 12V INPUT socket

Connect the power lead to this socket.

5. SPEAKER

There are two speakers (5) on the front of the monitor.

7. REMOTE 

SENSOR

All signals received from IR sensor (7) will be output through the REMOTE
socket.  Which can be connected to the DVD player.

8. COLOUR

Rotate the colour control knob (8) clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase
or decrease the colour of the screen display.

9. CONTRAST

Rotate the CONTRAST control knob (9) clockwise or anti-clockwise to
increase or decrease the contrast level of the screen display.

10. BRIGHTNESS

Rotate the BRIGHTNESS control knob (10) clockwise or anti-clockwise to
increase or decrease the screen brightness.

11.  SPEAKER VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Rotate the VOLUME knob (11) clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase or
decrease the volume level of the speakers.

12.  POWER INDICATOR LIGHT

When the screen is on, the indicator light (12) will be illuminated.

13.   (Power)

Press power button (13) to turn on/off the screen.

14.  AV INPUT socket

Connect the AV cable to these sockets.  Match the colour of the sockets
to the colour of the plugs.

15. S-VIDEO socket

This socket (15) can be used for S-VIDEO input.

1. 16:9/4:3 SELECTOR

Slide the 4:3/16:9 switch (1) on the side of the monitor to select appropriate
TV aspect ratio (16:9 or 4:3).

2. COLOUR

Rotate the COLOUR Control Knob (2) to increase or decrease the colour of
the screen display.

3. CONTRAST

Rotate the CONTRAST Control Knob (3) to increase or decrease the contrast
level of the screen display.

4. BRIGHTNESS

Rotate the BRIGHTNESS Control Knob (4) to increase or decrease the screen
brightness.

5. SPEAKERS

There are two speakers (5) on the front of the monitor.

6. TFT LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

7. POWER INDICATOR LIGHT

When the system is on, the indicator light (7) will be illuminated.

8. REMOTE SENSOR

When the remote plug from the monitor is connected to the DVD player, the
IR sensor on the monitor will forward any IR sensor commands received to
the DVD player, therefore allowing the remote control from the DVD player
to be pointed at the screen instead of being pointed at the DVD player.

Press button (9) to turn on/off the unit.

10. VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Rotate the knob (10) to change the volume.

11. SOCKET FOR EARPHONE

Insert earphones to the earphone socket, the sound to the speakers will be
cut.
