can see "steps, kilometers, calories ". Click on these icons to
view historical activity data.
• Press the Moon icon to view sleep data.
• Press the Heart icon to check heart rate.

Here you can see todays data from each activity.
2.ACTIVITY
When your Fitness Tracker is connected to your Smartphone,
you can set reminders. Select 'Reminders' at the bottom of
the screen on the app and click on 'ADD A NEW REMINDER'.
Choose the type of reminder you would like to set and then
the date and time.
