Using Defrost
To defrost manually
1. From the Main Menu, choose the Defrost Key to enter the Defrost Menu. There is one option
shown on the Left Touch Screen and the Timer options are shown on the Right Touch Screen.

2. Touch the Start Key to instantly commence defrosting, and touch the Stop Key to finish. The
Defrosting Time is displayed on the right screen.
3. During defrosting you can touch the Pause Key to temporarily stop and touch the large Pause
icon to recommence again.
To defrost using the Timer:
1. From the Main Menu, choose the Defrost Key to enter the Defrost Menu. There is one option
shown on the Left Touch Screen and the Timer options are shown on the Right Touch Screen.
2. Touch the Timer icon on the Right Touch Screen and rotate the 360° Master Control Knob to set
the required defrosting time.
3. Touch the Start Key to commence defrosting and the Timer will start its countdown. Touch the
Stop Key to finish early.
4. During defrosting you can touch the Pause Key to temporarily stop and touch the large Pause
icon to recommence again.
Presets
You can create and save up to twelve user presets for your favourite settings which can be used at
any time. Each preset can include the Cooking or Defrosting Mode, temperature and cooking time.
Creating a Preset
1. From the Main Menu touch the Presets Key .
2. Touch the “Save a preset” Key .

3. On the Left Touch Screen select the Cooking Mode Key or Defrost Mode Key .
Note: If the Cooking Mode Key is chosen, select the required Cooking Mode from the two screens in
the usual way.
