SUPPORT
The manufacturing defects are therefore the only ones affected by the warranty. They are outside of our control
and have managed to pass all the filters of our quality control.This may be for example a defect in the drop-
stitch of the board. In all cases, these defects are visible after the breakage. We ask you to send us good-
quality photos by email to [email protected] for a pre-expertise. Our after-sales service will process
your request as soon as possible. If necessary, we will ask you to return the broken product at your expense
and carefully packaged at the following address :
