Percent Enable: Allows user to adjust video layout size by percentage concept. 

The setup diagram is shown as below. 

 

 

 

Pixel Enable: Allow user to adjust video layout size by pixels. 

The video crop by pixel and percent are almost same. The differences come from the 
adjustment ratio.
