ATTACHING WEIGHTS TO THE BARBELL
Slide the same amount of Weight (24, 31, 34) onto
both ends of the Barbell (29). Then, slide the Spring
Collars (25) against the Weights.

WARNING:
Always secure
Weights (24, 31, 34) on the Barbell (29) with
the Spring Collars (25). Do not place more
than 110 lbs. (49 kg), including the Barbell
and Weights, on the weight rests.
