6. Manual Operation
●
The cable should be around armrest in order to avoid pulling on the joystick.
●
DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Operating the chair is prohibited while
intoxicate. Failure to comply could lead to serious injury or even death.
●
Press down on the clutch handle to keep the electromagnetic brake at the
separation position
. This will allow the wheels to move freely so someone
can push the chair.
●
Lift the clutch handle up to keep the electromagnetic brake at the
engaged
position
. When the chair is powered electrically, the chair can not be
pushed manually.
