operate
The power is not

Insert plug into mains
power supply and turn unit
on
The water tank is full
Remove the water tank
and empty water
The water tank is not in its
correct position
Remove water tank and
replace it to the correct
position
Control switch is not set to
the “On” position
Press the ON/OFF button
to “On” position
The Dehumidifier collects
little water
The air filter is clogged
Clean the air filter as per
instructions in user manual
Air inlet vent is blocked
Remove obstacles
The room which the
Dehumidifier is operating
in is too large
Recommend using a

ventilation
Reduce the number of

Water leaks down the front
of the machine
The machine is on an
uneven surface, leaning
forward so that the water
drips out of the front
instead of into the tank
Tilt the machine back to
level. Ensure Dehumidifier
is on a flat, stable, heat-
resistant surface.
The Dehumidifier
operates, but reduces the
relative humidity in the
room by small amounts
There are too many
sources of humidity
Recommend using a
Dehumidifier with a larger
capacity
