Troubleshooting your Dehumidifier

Insert plug into mains 
power supply and turn unit 
on 

The water tank is full 

Remove the water tank 
and empty water 

The water tank is not in its 
correct position 

Remove water tank and 
replace it to the correct

Control switch is not set to

The Dehumidifier collects

The air filter is clogged 

Clean the air filter as per 
instructions in user manual

drips out of the front 
instead of into the tank

level. Ensure Dehumidifier 
is on a flat, stable, heat-
resistant surface.
