CLEANING YOUR RADIANT HEATER

The heater requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation:
•Unplug the heater from the mains supply before cleaning.
•Ensure that the heater has been allowed to cool down completely before cleaning.
•Use a damp cloth (not wet) to wipe the exterior of the heater to remove dust and dirt.
•Before cleaning the reflector, please remove the grill by unscrewing the screws at the front. The
reflector body can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, using a small quantity of neutral detergent, taking
care not to splash any water in the heater as this can cause a short circuit or electric shock. Never use
solutions such as benzene, thinners or polishing agents. In order to get the maximum heat, the reflector
must be kept clean.
•Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and fluff from around the grilles.
•Ensure the heater is dry before plugging back into the mains supply.
