DEE
De-emphasis Curve (the roll-off at high
frequencies)
4 options available, from 0 to 3.
When the value is set to 0, there is no
De-emphasis applied. The De-emphasis is
a filter that helps to optimise the roll-off at
high frequencies. The DS-10 EVO features
3 settings that were originally designed
for digital files with 32kHz, 44.1kHz and
48kHz sampling rates, and that will give
you different results when applied to your
music.

DSD filter
Low-pass filter applied to DSD.
2 options available, from 0 to 1.
With the filter set to 0, the attenuation is of
0.77dB @ 20kHz and 18.80dB @ 100kHz.
With the filter set to 1, the attenuation is of
0.19dB @ 20kHz and 5.29dB @ 100kHz.
We recommend to start with the PCM EQ
parameter to fine tune the DAC, then adjust
the DEE and lastly the DSD filter.
The DEE and the DSD filter have more subtle
effects on the sound but can make quite a
difference in some systems.
