Pappy’s Kettle Corn Instructions
1.
Turn kettle heat, stir motor, and lights to the “ON” position.
2.
Pre-heat the kettle for 4 minutes.
3.
Add 3/8 part oil and 1 part popcorn into the kettle (No Salt!). Set the timer for 45-60
seconds and then start the timer.
4.
Add 2/3 part Pappy’s into kettle when timer goes off. If popping has just started, close
the right door and carefully/quickly add the Pappy’s mix through the left door. Re-
open right door.
5.
Dump Kettle when popping has nearly stopped, repeat steps 3 and 4.
6.
Salt and mix the popped corn thoroughly.
Count Down Timer Instructions
1.
Press MIN and SEC together to reset timer to zero.
2.
Use MIN and SEC buttons to set time.
3.
Press START button to start or stop.
4.
The alarm will sound for 60 seconds or press any key to stop alarm. The timer will
return to the set time.
NEVER LEAVE THE HEAT ON WHEN YOU ARE NOT POPPING CORN!!
