Operating Instructions
Controls and Their Functions:
The lighted rocker switch controls the element, blower fan and light bulbs. The fan
circulates air over the thermostat controlled element which keeps the cheese portion
packs warm inside the cabinet.
Care and Cleaning:
The stainless steel cabinet can be kept clean by using a warm, damp cloth to remove all
dirt and grease spots. The acrylic doors should also be kept clean. DO NOT use
ammonia based cleaners. Clean the inside and outside of the acrylic doors with a soft
cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
